To put together Big Kahuna Reef 2, Ion Hardie, director of product development for Reflexive Entertainment, says that he combed through stacks of levels designed by players that were posted on the game’s website. Reflexive purchased the levels for Big Kahuna Reef 2 from the hobbyist designers, at a price of $40 per level.
